Client Relationship Manager
Reporting To: Vice President, Sales, EMEA
Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Scope and Responsibilites
The successful candidate will work closely with the iSuppli Regional Sales and Marketing teams for identifying, prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities. This person will act upon incoming sales leads, prospect and target account profiling in addition to initiating contact with potential customers. Assuring existing customer satisfaction through telephone sales work, follow-up campaigns and email communications, the candidate is responsible for maintaining as well as developing iSuppli clients. The candidate must be a highly motivated, well organized, results-oriented individual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. General duties include, but are not limited to:
Working effectively with iSuppli Regional Sales Managers, Product Marketing and Analysts
Identifying, prospecting, qualifying and closing new business opportunities
Enhancing the sales of existing clients
Coordinating and planning client renewal activities
Responding to and excuting subsequent actions for all appropriate sales lead activities
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is a highly-creative sales person:
Possesses the ability to implement sales initiatives and drive results
Can think out-of-the-box and who can assist in taking ideas to the next level
Has the ability to sell ideas and help generate consensus and collaboration across iSuppli
Who is comfortable and skilled in delivering telephone and web based presentations
That has previous experience selling market research or consultative services globally
Who speaks a second language
Requirements
The candidate must:
Have previous telephone sales experience
Demonstrate a proven ability to prospect and qualify new clients
Possess two or more years sales experience involving electronic components and/or displays
Have CRM software proficiency, GoldMine preferred
Be learned in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
Demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills
Education
BA / BS Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or similar discipline and a relevant work history
